IOANNIS KOKKORIS, B.A. in Economics (Essex, UK), LL.M. (with Distinction) (Warwick, UK), MPhil in Economics (Cambridge, UK), PhD in Law (King's College, UK). He is a Principal Case Officer/Economist in the Mergers branch of the Office of Fair Trading. He is also a Visiting Lecturer at City University and a Visiting Fellow at Durham University in the UK. He is currently conducting research at Harvard Law School. He is the General Editor of a forthcoming book in competition caselaw published by Sweet and Maxwell, incorporating the most important cases in all 27 Member States. The book is titled Competition Cases from the European Union. He is the co-editor of a book titled “Τhe Challenge of an Optimal Enforcement System”, by Kluwer (forthcoming). He has also co-authored a book on competition law in Greece titled "Ελεύθερος Ανταγωνισμός" ('Free Competition'). He has published extensively in leading journals (ECLR, World Competition, ICCLR, etc.) and is the co-founder of the Institute for Studies in Competition Law and Policy (IMEDIPA, www.imedipa.com). He is member of the editorial board of e-Competitions and member of the Advisory Board of the Journal of Business and Company Law (in Greece). He is also co-Editor in Chief of International Finance and Banking Law Online.
Dr. RODRIGO OLIVARES-CAMINAL, LLB (Buenos Aires), LLM with distinction (Warwick), PhD (London). He is an Assistant Professor at the University of Warwick and has taught in undergraduate and postgraduate courses in various Schools of Law and Business Schools in the United Kingdom and Argentina as well as in professional courses provided by Euromoney. He has researched at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies in London; and, the Ambrosio L. Gioja Academic Institute in Buenos Aires. He specializes in insolvency and financial law having acted in several international transactions. He is the co-Editor in Chief of International Finance and Banking Law Online , the Associate Editor-in-Chief of International Corporate Rescue , member of the Advisory Board of Law and Business Review of the Americas and has published extensively in some of the leading peer-reviewed legal journals in UK, US and Argentina. He is the Editor of a book titled ‘Expedited Debt Restructuring: An International Comparative Analysis” published by Kluwer Law International. He is a member of national and international institutions and associations specialized in comparative commercial and insolvency law, including American Bankruptcy Institute, INSOL International and the London Forum for Economic Law & Development.
